Thief
Kent overcharged on my Visa and now he's not picking up any of my calls. I don't even have an e-ticket number and I called the airline. They cannot even verify me in the system. He is taking advantage of many people in this difficult time of Covid. Extremely horrible, unreliable and non-existent service.

Kent Tran is a Thief !!!!
Never use this guy!!!! Kent Tran has stolen money from My Visa, charging me 4 times for 1 ticket. When I received my bill and confronted him he said it was a mistake, that my money would get refunded..Well the following month My money was never refunded, but he charged my Visa for 3 more tickets and has since dodged all calls and he is a shady character!!
