very very poor service
they are the worst travel agency i have ever worked with . I had to call them for a period of 8 months to get a refund for a cancelled flight by airline which was booked through them, but got no answer and after all, they simply washed their hands and said that they can't trace the issue . Very poor service and totally irresponsible who do not show respect to their clients at all .
